We’re only hearing now about Costco’s plans for Black Friday, but the retailer has a slew of fantastic offers on its newly released flyer that may pique your interest. And while they may seem rather familiar, considering all the specials we’ve shared with you so far, the good thing is that you’ve now got one more retailer whose deals you can check out in the last few days before Black Friday 2015.
Once again, we’ve got lots of deals for the console gaming crowd, as you’ll be able to get instant $50 savings if you buy Costco’s Xbox One or PS4 packages. For the Xbox One, you’ll get a 500GB console, a wireless controller, and The Lego Movie in disc form. As for the PS4, the console included is again a 500GB variant, and you’ll also be getting a DualShock 4 wireless controller, but no games included. Can’t win them all, as they say, but at least you’ll be paying only $299 in any case.
Laptops are also a core part of Costco’s Black Friday 2015 offerings. You can save $200 off the price of a Dell Inspiron 5000 laptop configuration – this is a high-end config that includes a 15.6-inch Full HD (1080p) display, a sixth-gen Intel Core i7 processor paired with 16GB RAM, and a 1TB hard drive. The laptop also comes with Windows 10 out of the box, which is always a good thing, given that Windows 10 is Microsoft’s “latest and greatest” OS.
Various HP Pavilion and Envy laptops are also discounted, with the price cuts ranging from $400 to $500, depending on the configuration. Laptop-tablet hybrids have been discounted by $100 to $300 – we’re referring to devices like the Asus TP500 Flip and Microsoft Surface Pro 3 (with Windows 10). But if pricing is just too high on the above laptops and hybrids, then you can go for a Google Chromebook – machines like the Acer 15.6-inch Chromebook are selling for $60 off. Sure, you’ll get minimalist specs to go with the Chrome OS, but high-end business or gaming performance isn’t exactly a selling point for Chromebook buyers anyway.
Costco’s Black Friday deals will be available for all of Thanksgiving weekend, which means you can save money from November 27 through November 29. Some items may remain on sale beyond that, while the offers, as always, are only good as supplies last. In other words, you might want to act fast if there’s an item that you want.
