The new iPhone, also known as the iPhone 5, shouldn’t be much farther away. In less than a month from now, the handset may finally be debuting after months upon months of anticipation and a long list of rumors on every aspect of the device.

We’ve always believed that the iPhone’s main selling point has been its design, and a new leaked photo from UBreakIFix provides an interesting glimpse at how the upcoming device may look like.

At first glance, the photos won’t tell you something you haven’t heard about yet – the taller display is there, providing more evidence of what could be a 4-inch screen. There are some holes on the front panel which may tell us where the FaceTime camera and light sensor would be found, and again this doesn’t appear to be anything groundbreaking.

But take note that the front panel pics show the new iPhone in full assembly, which is something we haven’t seen before. It gives further credence to recent videos depicting the purported new iPhone front panel.

The iPhone 5 will likely be an improvement over the iPhone 4S with the addition of 4G LTE, the new iOS 6 platform and the 4-inch screen. The smaller dock connector will almost certainly be debuting on the handset, and it has been reported that in-cell touch technology would be used for the device’s display.

A very slightly improved battery is also expected to be featured in the sixth-gen handset.
